I love my friends!!!! My family is amazing also. I like watching movies, even if it's not LOTR, like Hotel Rwanda. I like listening to music, jigsaw puzzles, dancing, violin, Stargate SG-1, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Greenday... but most of all, I love being with my friends. They are most important in my life. Without them I would not be.

Doing jigsaw puzzles is also a talent of mine that nobody understands. My family thinks I have a strange gift.

| Tensions between the governments of Iran and the United States are growing. Many people fear there could be a war. Such a war would be very dangerous for the whole world. Our goal is to stop the war before it begins by forging strong ties of peace between the people of both countries.
We want to use the Internet to establish one-on-one contacts between people in the U.S. and Iran. Everyone who wants to prevent a war can join in this effort. We envision thousands and thousands of people becoming friends and allies, learning about each other’s countries and governments, and understanding and supporting each other in an unprecedented popular effort for peace. This will be a powerful way of stopping our governments from going to war, if people from each country unite and demand peaceful solutions to conflicts, asking their leaders to stop provoking the other nation.
How can we do this? We are looking to promote this idea everywhere online and in other ways. We have no one method of making these contacts, but we are encouraging everyone to spread the idea widely and find and share ways of making it work. You can join us by posting this idea everywhere online and by writing to newspapers and spreading the word at schools, work places, and places of worship, and talking about it to everyone you know. | | |
| Dude. I'm 18. It's pretty sweet. Not much to say about that. My birthday came and went....and now I'm 18, cuz that's what happens on your birthday, you get a year older. I'm ready to stop aging now. I think I'm old enough.

That sounds so much more enthusiastic than I actually am. But trust me, when I found out, I was enthusiastic. I'm just not really enthusiastic about anything right now. Why do I keep writing that word? It's so long. Enthusiastic.
More good news that I'm not excited about.....I have an A in physics. I think my teacher tricked me into getting an A by assigning more hw than she graded, cuz I definitely have about 4 assignments that I never turned in.
Last bit of news.....I love Bridget. She is my friend. She makes me happy. We are awesome. That's really all I have to say about that. | | |
| WOW......I STAYED UP FOR 40 HOURS. That's insane. I was planning to stay up for 24 hours.....but by the time I was planning to go to bed, everyone else was waking up. And I was really hungry. I don't think I've ever been that hungry in my entire life. So I ate breakfast, and then I wasn't tired anymore. I wasn't tired til about 6, and it was too late to go to bed then, cuz I would wake up at some strange hour of the night. So I ended up not going to bed til 1:30. I wasn't even tired then. But I figured it probably isn't healthy to just not ever sleep again.
Anyway.....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! I can't believe it's 2007. I graduate this year. I turn 18 this year. I go to college this year. About half an hour into the new year, I completely broke down crying cuz I was freaking out about leaving home. I only cried for about 5 minutes, but I think I cried more in those 5 minutes than I've cried ever in my entire life. Yeah that was fun. The new year's party was fun. Bridget and I wore pretty dresses. Josh came. Yay!!!! Nick was there too....but I didn't really talk to him.....but it was still nice that he was there. I had a Happy New Year tiara. It had flashy lights, and was pretty awesome. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good party, and I had fun.
OMG....random strange creepy guy told me that he cared about me. Well, it's not really as strange as it sounds, but it was weird and I didn't know what to do. He lived at my house all summer, and before then, and a little after. He was talking to me, and asking me about college and stuff, and said that he cared about my future not just because I'm his friend's daughter, but because he cared about me as a person, and he started crying, and I didn't know what to do. It was scary.
My New Year's resolution: Live. Really live. Take risks. Make stupid mistakes. Do stupid things while I can still blame them on being a kid. Buy a bus and drive it around the country with Shag Carpet Revolution painted on one side, and a dragon on the other. Not let life pass me by.

| hey, bridget here...abra and i are waiting at her house. for josh. because he said he was coming...everyone should go to youtube and search for funny cat videos, there are a couple really funny ones. and while you're there you should search for elijah wood gets punk'd....because that is hilarious!!! this is what we do when we're bored. abra thinks josh needs a cell phone so we can call him and tell him to hurry up...but the thing is, when he gets here, we're just all gonna sit around and do nothing...until we go to see my brothers band perform. that is, if josh gets here in time!!!! ahhhhhh boredom!!!! it kills!!
p.s.- we found a bus for sale that is green and has no seats and we're gonna buy it and go on a roadtrip during the summer. we're gonna fill it with shag carpet and put a bed inside. oh yeah, it's gonna be awesome!!! | | |
